Marjan has spent the past 20+ years working across financial markets, technology, and transformation—often in environments where change is necessary, but not always easy.
Her background is a mix of business and cognitive psychology, which has shaped how she approaches her work. She’s learned that the real challenge is rarely the technology itself, but how people and institutions understand it, trust it, and ultimately adopt it.
She’s worked with organizations such as SWIFT, BNY Mellon, Euroclear, Ripple , SETL and Digital Asset, always in roles focused on building new business and bringing emerging ideas into real-world use.
Today, she leads Sales for Europe and the UK at Eastnets.
If she had to describe her role simply—she sees herself as a translator and a bridge. Her job is to connect complex technology with real business needs, and to help organizations move from intention to execution. Not by pushing change, but by making it understandable, relevant, and valuable.
That’s been the common thread throughout her career: navigating complexity by focusing on people, not just systems.
