Junior Compliance Officer – Credit Suisse – Luxembourg

Join us as Junior Compliance Officer in an outstanding position within our Compliance Department at Credit Suisse Fund Services (Luxembourg) SA. In your new role, you will be given the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of regulatory compliance tasks and to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines and standards across Luxembourg in our Unit. A part of your responsibility will be to report to the Head of Compliance on the AML/KYC related areas (name screening, transactions monitoring, compliance reports, account opening committees, projects related to AML/KYC, etc.). The overall goal of the Compliance function is to support the successful execution of CSFSL business strategy through delivery of an integrated risk and compliance culture and programme (e.g. execution of the CMP and the annual Compliance Risk Assessment).

Your skills and experience:

We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to demonstrate the following

  • University degree, Master or Bachelor degree in Law, Finance or Economics or in a similar field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (ideally Fund Administration), in auditing/testing controls designed to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of applicable Luxembourg, respectively EU laws and regulations relevant to the fund and asset management industry (AML, UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID) as well as to the PSF regulatory environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, German and/or French are considered as an asset;
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work independently as well as working in a team;
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
