NEWS: ‘Failure to prevent’ fraud offence added to UK Corporate Prosecution Guidance

THE UK’s new ‘failure to prevent fraud’ offence has been added to the state’s corporate prosecution guidance.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and Serious Fraud Office (SFO) have issued joint guidance to prosecutors on how to handle corporate prosecutions under the law.
