NEWS: Luxembourg state bank Spuerkeess fined €5M for AML failings

LUXEMBOURG’S financial regulator has fined state-owned bank Spuerkeess €4.96 million for AML (anti-money laundering) failings.

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Luxembourg’s financial watchdog, highlighted issues around the company’s due diligence measures.
