NEWS: FinCEN gives bank 11 ‘red flags’ for ISIS funding activities

THE U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has issued an alert on financial activities linked to ISIS.

The advisory explains how the terrorist group and its affiliates “fund themselves and receive financial support from sympathizers internationally.”
