NEWS: FATF hails Australia’s seizure of homes from child exploitation offenders

GOVERMENTS should expand asset seizures to deter child sexual exploitation, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has urged.

The Paris-based watchdog, which sets global anti-money laundering (AML) standards, issued the call alongside the United Kingdom and Australia. The three warned that financial networks fuel online child sexual exploitation (OCSE) and called for urgent action to disrupt them.
