NEWS: Homes bought with ‘dirty money’ in plush parts of London could be seized for affordable housing

Property purchased with “dirty money” in some of London’s top postcodes could be seized and turned into affordable housing. 

The Westminster city council is investigating whether it could use compulsory purchase orders to crack down on wealthy oligarchs using some of London’s richest areas to “rinse their money.”
