REUTERS NYC: Increased personal liability for CCO’s and privacy concerns top of the agenda at top conference

The increased level of personal liability for Chief Compliance Officers and how to navigate these expectations was top of the agenda at last week’s Reuters Risk and Compliance USA event, which took place in New York.

A number of Chief Compliance Officers from US financial institutions spoke about regulatory and cultural changes in the sector, and how they were impacting the personal liability of senior managers.
