Property developers agree to pay NCA £4.3M (€4.99M) following money laundering and fraud civil investigation

Two brothers have agreed to pay the National Crime Agency (NCA) £4.3M (€4.99M) as part of a civil recovery investigation. 

The property developers’ multi-million pound property portfolio was alleged to have been funded by the proceeds of money laundering and fraud.
