LATEST: Netherlands throws hat in the ring for AMLA as Latvia’s chances scuppered by controversial Parliament vote

The Netherlands has reportedly thrown its hat in the ring to host the EU’s new anti-money laundering authority (AMLA) in The Hague.

The authority will see a staff of at least 250, with at least €25-30 Million euro in income expected per year for the host city.
