FCA secures £2M from FinTech linked to alleged bank fraud

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has secured a £2M account forfeiture order linked to QPay Europe, a FinTech start-up. 

The company, which claims to offer due diligence and underwriting services, has consented to a court order to give up £2M following proceedings brought by the FCA under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
