BNY Mellon handed €10M fine by Central Bank of Ireland over 16 regulatory breaches

US investment fund firm BNY Mellon has been hit with a €10M fine over 16 regulatory breaches by the Central Bank of Ireland. 

The Central Bank of Ireland has today announced BNY Mellon must pay €10,780,000 following a number of regulatory breaches over the outsourcing of fund administration activities over a six-year period.
