Matt Donahue is the CEO and co-founder of Kodex, the global standard for public-private data exchanges. He spent his earlier career at the FBI in counterterrorism intelligence, where the data request sat at the center of every case he worked and was the most broken part of the job. He left the Bureau in 2020 to fix the process, founding Kodex in Boston that same year. Today thousands of agencies and many of the world’s largest platforms run their legal process through Kodex.
