LISTENERS in 45 countries tuned into the first two episodes of ‘Collared’, which is set to become an industry-leading podcast on financial crime.
The U.S. was the top download market for the show, with other English-speaking countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada and Ireland also featuring strongly.
‘Collared’, which is published by AML Intelligence, also proved a hit in EU nations. It recorded strong downloads across countries including Germany, France and Portugal.
‘Collared’ aims to become the definitive podcast in the world of AML, compliance and financial crime. It will feature interviews with leading CEOs and regulators, alongside in-depth explainers from the AML Intelligence team.
The first of the two debut episodes examines the rise of so-called “narco-states”. Beth Harris, head of financial crime at the UK’s FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) also discusses the threat posed by online “finfluencers”.
The second features an interview with Elisa de Anda Madrazo, President of the FATF (Financial Action Task Force), as she approaches the end of her presidency at the global AML watchdog.
