NEWS: Bank of London Group fined £2m over integrity failings

THE Bank of London Group has been fined £2m for misleading regulators for failing to act with integrity, among other issues..

The Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) also found that the clearing bank and its parent, Oplyse Holdings, failed to act in an open and cooperative way.
