NEWS: FinCEN Residential Real Estate Reporting rule comes into force today, March 1

FINCEN’s new Residential Real Estate Reporting rule has come into force today, March 1.

FinCEN said that, from today, “select professionals” involved in real estate closings and settlements are required to report information to the organization.
