NEWS: AUSTRAC uses suspicious transactions to identify 10 buyers of child abuse material

AUSRTAC has released guidance on its new 'tipping off' rules

AUSTRAC, Australia’s financial crime watchdog, has identified 10 individuals who paid children to produce child sexual abuse material.

AUSTRAC said it referred the 10 individuals to law enforcement after working with eight major banks to analyze suspicious financial activity.
