Beth Harris, head of financial crime specialist supervision at the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), has joined as chair of AML Intelligence‘s female leaders network, ‘Women in Fincrime’.
Jordane Salducci, senior EU and strategic adviser at France’s Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), was appointed vice chair.
Joining the board as members are Adrianna Fabijanska from ING and Martina Cont from Generali Group.

AML Intelligence unveiled the advisory council’s new leadership structure at ‘International Anti-Financial Crime Summit 2026’ in London today (October 7).
The network aims to champion, connect and elevate female leaders in anti-financial crime and to promote diversity in the public and private sectors.
Harris has spent more than two decades at the FCA. She leads teams focused on serious and organised financial crime, including supervision of higher-risk firms to protect consumers and the integrity of the UK’s financial markets.

Council members Martina Cont, Generali’s group head of processes and operations, and Adrianna Fabijanska, former global head of financial crime compliance at ING, also joined the board.

The network holds two flagship events each year, in Dublin and London, that foster connections and mentorship for women at every career stage, from operational anti-financial crime roles to executive boardrooms.
The new board will begin planning for the WiFC events around ‘European Anti-Financial Crime Summit 2027’ in Dublin on May 4 & 5 next year.
