NEWS: China’s biggest bank served sanctioned clients despite AML concerns

CHINA’S biggest bank served companies linked to sanctioned Russian and Belarusian business owners despite serious AML and sanctions concerns.

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) also breached some of its own AML and sanctions policies.
