GERMAN prosecutors have charged nine people over an ‘Operation Chargeback’, alleged international credit-card fraud scheme that caused more than €260 million in losses

The State Central Office for Cybercrime at the Koblenz Public Prosecutor’s Office said the defendants allegedly operated as part of an internationally organised network between 2016 and 2021.
