By CARLO BOFFA, EU Correspondent SWEDBANK has reached a settlement with the New York State Department of Financial Services over its failure to disclose information to authorities, the bank said. The settlement, worth $50 million (€43.7 million), relates to disclosure failures in 2016 and 2018 and concludes all investigations into Swedish biggest bank’s historical shortcomings….
