ONLINE gambling firm Bet365 has agreed to overhaul its AML controls after AUSTRAC, Australia’s FIU, identified “serious gaps” in the company’s compliance systems.
AUSTRAC said Bet365 had entered into a court-enforceable undertaking. It came after the regulator identified “serious gaps” in how the company manages risk and reports suspicious activity.
