NEWS: Banks spending ‘hundreds of millions’ on unproven AI, says CEO of AI company

BANKS are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on AI experiments which have not yet proven profitable, according to the CEO of an AI company.

Ben Faes, chief executive of RWS, said companies are becoming more aware of the costs of AI use. He said many firms still lack clarity on how to deploy the technology effectively.
