LATEST: UK banks should build ‘AI-enabled’ cyber defences, watchdogs say

BANKS and financial firms should adopt automated and AI-enabled defences to keep pace with fast-moving new cyber threats, UK authorities have warned.

The FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), Bank of England and Treasury issued the warning in a joint statement on frontier AI models and cyber resilience.
