NEWS: EU moves to harmonize suspicious transaction reporting

THE EU has moved to harmonize suspicious transaction reporting, with over two dozen countries participating in a new workshop.

European officials recently held an event titled: ‘Introduction to the Development of a Standardised Minimum Data Set (SMDS) for the Reporting of Suspicious Activity and related Transaction Records’.
