NEWS: Germany’s BaFin issues new guidance on SARs

GERMANY’S BaFin has issued new guidance to supervised firms to ensure it receives ‘quality’ SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports).

The measures consultation with various business groups “in the financial and non-financial sectors” into account.
