NEWS: FCA hands out first professional reprimand to ICB for ‘serious’ AML failings

THE UK’s FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) has handed out its first ever reprimand against a professional body supervisor, the ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers).

The organization said it “censured” the ICB for “serious deficiencies in its AML supervision”.
