NEWS: FINTRAC issues guidance to Canada banks on private data sharing

FINTRAC, Canada’s FIU, has issued new guidance around private to private data sharing between financial instiutions.

The watchdog said businesses subject to the country’s Money Laundering Act can share personal information with each other “under certain conditions”.
