NEWS: Wolfsberg Group boss says lenders must ‘prove’ they aren’t debanking customers

FINANCIAL institutions will have to prove on a ‘case by case basis’ that they aren’t debanking customers, according to Wolfsberg Group Executive Secretary Ned Conway.

He also said banks often file SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) as they do not properly understand customer transactions.
