THE UK’s OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) has hit Vanquis Bank with a disclosure notice due a breach of Counter-Terrorism Regulations.

The regulator said the breach was not “sufficiently serious to impose a monetary penalty”. However, it added that the incident was “moderately severe”.
