LATEST: FCA fines Sigma Broking £1M as almost 100% of transaction reports were wrong

THE UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined Sigma Broking Limited £1.1 million after the firm submitted inaccurate transaction reports over a five-year period.

The UK watchdog said Sigma failed to provide “complete and accurate” reports for nearly all transactions it handled between 1 December 2018 and 1 December 2023.
