NEWS: UK Treasury warns of criminals buying ‘super-prime’ English homes to launder cash

CRIMINALS are targeting English ‘super prime’ properties as a way of laundering illicit cash, the UK’s Treasury has warned.

It said wealthy overseas bad actors are targeting high end homes in areas such as London, often to use as a store of wealth.
