NEWS: Key EU body negotiates on powerful new asset recovery rules

A key EU body has advanced negotiations around new measures to strengthen asset recovery rules across the bloc.

Virgiliu Călinescu, the Head of the Romanian National Agency for the Management of Seized Assets (ANABI), said the Committee of Experts on Criminal Asset Recovery (PC-RAC) made progress at a recent meeting. Mr Călinescu is chair of PC-RAC.
