NEWS: Final negotiations start on landmark EU anti-corruption law, statute of limitation could be overhauled

THE EU’s top bodies have started final negotiations on a major anti-corruption law which could transform the approach towards financial crime across the bloc.

An overhaul proposed by the European Commission is currently being discussed by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, as part of so-called ‘trilogue’ negotiations.
