FINANCIAL companies must work together to develop new methods of securing their data against the dangers posed by quantum computers, Europol has said.
The EU law enforcement agency said that the likely emergence of quantum computers capable of breaking current cryptographic methods “presents a challenge to the entire financial ecosystem”.
