NEWS: Netherlands ups SARs standards, warns banks on low-quality reports

FIU-NETHERLANDS has announced stricter standards for Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), warning financial institutions that filings lacking critical information may be rejected.

The Financial Intelligence Unit said it will more rigorously monitor unusual transaction reports to enhance data quality and improve financial crime detection.
