NEWS: Money launderers who exploited crypto exchange ‘loophole’ ordered to repay £23M

THREE money launderers involved in a large-scale cryptocurrency scam have been ordered to pay back £23.6 million after a court-issued confiscation order in the UK.

Stephen Boys, 56, Kelly Caton, 46, and Jordan Robinson, 26, were convicted in January 2023 for laundering millions in Australian dollars fraudulently obtained from an Australian cryptocurrency exchange.
