THE powerful European People’s Party (EPP) has come out against Bruna Szego’s nomination as AMLA chair.

Earlier this week Szego, an Italian lawyer from Genoa, was selected by MEPs as their preferred nominee to lead the EU’s new anti-financial crime watchdog.
