NEWS: Senior NatWest Risk & Compliance officer sacked two days after cancer surgery wins her discrimination case, awarded £90,000

AWARD: Risk and Compliance executive Adeline Willis has won her case for discrimination against NatWest bank after she was sacked just two days after cancer surgery. A transcript shown to an employment tribunal in the UK revealed that Ms Willis was involved in a critical piece of work and her manager wanted her replaced because she could not rely on the executive owing to her cancer treatment plan.
