SEIZING THE ASSETS of crime gangs is the top priority of new FATF President Raja Kumar.

The Singaporean says the incentive needs to be taken out of crime – and that means taking their assets.

“I have prioritized this because we really need to take out the incentive for crime and that is by going after the proceeds of crime,” he said.
