The US Treasury Department’s planned beneficial ownership reforms are badly behind schedule, according to experts. 

Two years after the publication of the jaw-dropping FinCEN Files, the Treasury Department’s plans to mandate the collection of ownership data from companies operating in the US is stagnating.
