NEWS: Link could face additional £50M (€56.7M) fine from FCA for liquidity management failures

The Financial Conduct Authority has warned that Link Fund Solutions Ltd. (LFS) could face a multi-million pound fine from the regulator over its liquidity management failures. 

The FCA confirmed it had issued LFS with a draft warning notice of a fine for its role in overseeing the now defunct Woodford Equity Income Fund (WEIF).
