NEWS: Wolfsberg Group publishes guidance paper on RFI best practice to ‘improve’ awareness of RFIs in correspondent banking

The Wolfsberg Group has published a guidance paper on Requests For Information (RFIs) used in AML transaction monitoring processes.

The group, which is made up of thirteen global banks, has stressed that an “important goal” of the RFI best practice guidance is to “improve the awareness about the value that RFIs provide in a correspondent banking relationship.”
