LATEST: Transparency International warns poor regulatory oversight of private security sector is leading to ‘heightened global risks’ of fraud and corruption

Global anti-corruption NGO Transparency International (TI) has warned that poor regulatory oversight of the private military and security sector is “failing to keep pace” with a “rapidly growing and diversifying industry”. 

These failures are leading to “heightened global risks of fraud, corruption and violence”, according to a new report from Transparency International Defence and Security.
