LATEST: Jersey Financial Service Commission hits bank with nearly £500K (€590K) fine for regulatory breaches

A bank in Jersey has been fined nearly £500K (€590K) for breaching financial services regulatory requirements.

Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets Jersey  (LBCM) was hit with a £498,000 fine by the Jersey Financial Service Commission (JFSC) in relation to its dealing with one correspondent banking relationship between 2008 and 2020.
