Give FinCrime victims more compensation back from fraudsters urges Director of CPS

The director of the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has urged the British government to re-examine the system used for victim compensation from financial crime. 

Max Hill QC, who heads up the CPS, has called for the system to be revamped allowing for funds to be returned directly to victims if further ill-gotten gains are uncovered.
