The European Commission has published Questions and Answers issued in relation to its latest sanctions proposals announced yesterday.
The latest measures would see the Commission add the violation of EU sanctions to the list of EU crimes, as well as the introduction of new rules on asset recovery and confiscation, which the Commission promises will have a “strong impact on the fight against organised crime.”
