Members of the European Parliament have adopted their position on draft legislation requiring crypto transfers to be traced and identified as part of the EU’s AML Action Plan. 

MEPs from the Committee on Civil Liberties (LIBE) voted yesterday on draft legislation regarding the Commission’s 2021 AML Action Plan.
