The UK’s Secretary of State, Liz Truss has announced a barrage of new sanctions against “Russian propagandists”, and the so-called ‘Butcher of Mariupol’, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsey.
As part of the 14 new sanctions announced By Ms Truss, the UK Government has targeted Colonel-General, Mikhail Mizintsev, believed to have coordinated the bombardment of Mariupol, as well as several Russian media outlets.
