UAE’s Chair of AML Committee says country is making ‘encouraging progress’ in fight against financial crime

The Chair of the UAE’s Higher Committee on AML has said the country is making “encouraging progress” in fighting financial crime. 

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who serves as the UAE’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation revealed the country’s ambition was to rank top in the World Bank’s annual ease of doing business index.
